Cancellation and Refund Policy

CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

GENERAL
When you place an order electronically through mjoraolives.com, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.

Shipping fees are paid by the buyer.

Products are delivered to the address specified by the buyer within a maximum of 30 days. If not delivered, the buyer may terminate the contract.

Products are delivered complete, in accordance with the order, and with documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals.

If it becomes impossible to sell the product, the seller shall notify the buyer within 3 days and refund the product price within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR

If the buyer fails to pay or cancels the payment, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD

If the product price is not paid to the seller by the bank due to unauthorized use of the credit card, the buyer must return the product within 3 days.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If delivery cannot be made due to force majeure, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may cancel the order or request postponement. In case of cancellation:

  • For cash payments, the refund is made within 14 days.
  • For credit card payments, the refund is made to the bank within 14 days. (The transfer time to the account may take 2–3 weeks depending on the bank.)

BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK

The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery. Damaged products should not be accepted.
If the right of withdrawal will be used, the product must not be used.
The invoice must also be returned.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery of the product.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For service purchases, the period begins on the contract date.
If the service begins with approval, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

Withdrawal costs are borne by the seller.
Withdrawal notification must be made within 14 days by registered mail, fax, or e-mail.

USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For corporate order returns, a return invoice must be issued.
The product must be returned complete with its invoice, return form, box, packaging, and accessories.

RETURN CONDITIONS

After the withdrawal notification:

  • The seller must refund the amount within 10 days,
  • The product must be taken back within 20 days.

The buyer compensates for any loss of value caused by their fault.
The buyer is not responsible for changes due to normal use.

If withdrawal causes the campaign discount to fall below the limit, the discount will be canceled.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED WITH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Products prepared for personal needs, underwear bottoms, cosmetics, hygienic products, single-use goods, perishable foods, expired products, opened health products, newspapers/magazines, digital content, and reproducible software cannot be returned.

Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, software, CDs/DVDs, and stationery supplies must be unopened, unused, and undamaged for return.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the buyer defaults, they are responsible for the interest and expenses applied by the bank.
The seller reserves the right to claim damages.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payments may be made via bank transfer, EFT, or credit card.
Online single-payment or installment options are available by credit card. The payment is charged to the card after the order is placed.
