DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges in advance that, upon confirmation of the order subject to this Agreement, he/she shall be under the obligation to pay the order price, as well as shipping costs, taxes, and other additional fees specified, if any, and that he/she has been informed in this regard.
2. DEFINITIONS
MINISTER: Refers to the Minister of Trade.
MINISTRY: Refers to the Ministry of Trade.
LAW: Refers to the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502.
REGULATION: Refers to the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
SERVICE: Refers to consumer transactions other than the supply of goods, performed or committed to be performed for a fee.
SELLER: Refers to the company offering goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities.
BUYER: Refers to the person who acquires goods or services for purposes outside his/her commercial or professional activities.
SITE: Refers to the Seller’s website.
ORDERING PARTY: Refers to the person requesting a product/service via the Seller’s website.
PARTIES: Refers to the SELLER and the BUYER.
AGREEMENT: Refers to this Distance Sales Agreement.
GOODS: Refers to movable property and intangible goods prepared for use in electronic media such as software, sound, video, etc.
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website. Prices remain valid until updated. In promotional campaigns, prices are valid during the campaign period.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Information and Acceptance: The BUYER accepts that he/she has read and confirmed the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the product, the sales price, payment method, and delivery.
Delivery Period: Products are delivered to the BUYER’s address within the legal period of 30 days.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
11. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL
Products prepared in line with personal needs, underwear bottom pieces, make-up materials, and single-use products are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER makes the payment by credit card and defaults, he/she accepts to pay interest within the scope of the credit card agreement.
13. COMPETENT COURT
In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in the BUYER’s place of residence shall be competent.
14. ENFORCEMENT
When the BUYER makes the payment for the order placed through the website, he/she shall be deemed to have accepted all the provisions of this Agreement.
